Welcome to TokenBases.

These Platform Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TokenBases website, platform, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

TokenBases provides digital asset wallet infrastructure (WaaS) and crypto payment solutions designed for businesses, developers, and institutional clients.

By accessing or using TokenBases Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Overview of Services

TokenBases provides technical infrastructure that enables businesses to build and operate blockchain-based products.

Our Services may include:

  • Wallet-as-a-Service (WaaS) infrastructure

  • Crypto payment checkout solutions

  • Blockchain interaction APIs and developer tools

  • Digital asset infrastructure services

  • Integration support for blockchain-based applications

TokenBases provides technology infrastructure only.

TokenBases does not operate customer businesses, and does not participate in transactions between customers and their users.

2. Eligibility

You may use TokenBases Services only if you:

  • Are a legally established company, organization, or institution

  • Have the authority to enter into these Terms

  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations

  • Do not use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes

TokenBases may request additional information to verify your eligibility when necessary.

3. Accounts and Access

Some Services require account registration or access credentials such as API keys.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of their accounts

  • Protecting access credentials

  • Limiting access to authorized personnel

All activities conducted through your account remain your responsibility.

If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify TokenBases immediately.

TokenBases may restrict or suspend access where security concerns arise.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • The legality of their products and services

  • The conduct of their end users

  • Transactions or business activities conducted through their systems

  • Any use of TokenBases infrastructure within their platforms

TokenBases does not participate in customer–user relationships and assumes no responsibility for customer operations.

5. Compliance

Customers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using TokenBases Services.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Anti-money laundering (AML) regulations

  • Counter-terrorism financing regulations

  • Data protection and privacy laws

  • Applicable financial or digital asset regulations

Customers must not use the Services for:

  • Fraudulent activities

  • Money laundering

  • Illegal financial services

  • Any activity that violates applicable law

If TokenBases determines that a customer’s activities present legal or regulatory risk, TokenBases may suspend or terminate access to the Services.

6. Digital Asset and Blockchain Risks

Digital assets and blockchain technologies involve inherent risks, including:

  • Market volatility

  • Blockchain network congestion or failure

  • Smart contract vulnerabilities

  • Cybersecurity risks

  • Regulatory uncertainty

TokenBases is not responsible for losses resulting from these risks.

Customers should independently assess and manage all associated risks.

7. Non-Custodial Disclaimer

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, TokenBases Services do not provide custodial services.

TokenBases does not:

  • Hold customer funds

  • Control customer digital assets

  • Manage private keys

Customers remain fully responsible for the management and security of their digital assets.

TokenBases is not liable for losses resulting from private key loss, incorrect transactions, or user operational errors.

8. Service Availability

TokenBases will make reasonable efforts to maintain reliable and secure Services.

However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Service interruptions may occur due to:

  • System maintenance or upgrades

  • Blockchain network issues

  • Third-party infrastructure failures

  • Security incidents

  • Events beyond reasonable control

TokenBases is not liable for interruptions caused by these circumstances.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, technology, documentation, and branding associated with TokenBases are owned by TokenBases or its licensors.

Subject to these Terms, TokenBases grants customers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services.

Customers may not:

  • Reverse engineer the platform

  • Copy or modify TokenBases software

  • Use TokenBases trademarks without authorization

10. Third-Party Services

TokenBases Services may integrate with third-party infrastructure providers, including blockchain networks.

TokenBases does not control or guarantee the performance of these third-party services.

Customers may also be subject to the terms of those providers.

11. Service Changes

TokenBases may modify, upgrade, or discontinue parts of the Services.

Changes may occur due to:

  • Technical improvements

  • Legal or regulatory requirements

  • Platform development

Where possible, TokenBases will provide notice through platform announcements.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TokenBases will not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of business opportunities

  • Data loss

  • Business interruption

TokenBases’ total liability related to the Services will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant Services, if applicable.

13. Termination

Customers may stop using TokenBases Services at any time.

TokenBases may suspend or terminate Services if:

  • The customer violates these Terms

  • The customer engages in illegal activity

  • Termination is required by law or regulation

14. Updates to These Terms

TokenBases may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be published on the platform.

Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws.

Any disputes arising from these Terms should first be resolved through good faith negotiation.

If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to a court with appropriate jurisdiction.
